A lifelong commitment to helping organizations use technology with confidence.

Chris Moschovitis was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and moved to the United States in 1979. He studied Physics, Computer Science, and Mathematics, earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Brockport in 1983. After relocating to New York City in 1985, he was appointed Director of Academic Computing at Pratt Institute and, in 1987, recruited by the O’Connor Group as Vice President of Information Technology.
In 1989, Chris founded Technology Management Group (TMG) with a clear purpose: to provide independent, senior-level strategic consulting, information technology, and cybersecurity services to organizations that needed enterprise-grade expertise without unnecessary complexity or vendor bias. In 2004, the firm expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of eMedia, LLC, a prominent, woman-owned and internationally recognized interactive software development firm that was later spun out as an independent company in 2024.
Over the years, Chris has helped shape and expand TMG’s capabilities across strategic consulting, managed IT, cybersecurity operations, governance, and privacy. Among the solutions developed under his leadership is cyberCTRL, a secure cloud-based platform that integrates Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), AI threat management, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response. cyberCTRL remains one of several platforms used within TMG’s broader advisory and managed services ecosystem.
